Shipping & Delivery

At Miaology Glass Sculpture, every piece is individually prepared and shipped directly from our studio in China. Because our sculptures are handcrafted, fragile, and high-value artworks, we do not use overseas fulfillment warehouses or standard bulk shipping methods.

Instead, all orders are carefully packed and shipped internationally via premium courier services such as DHL Express to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most major cities worldwide, including destinations in:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia

Orders can only be delivered to locations serviced by DHL or our designated international carriers. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to remote regions, P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or destinations where express courier service is unavailable.

If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Processing Time

Because each artwork requires inspection and protective packaging prior to shipment, orders typically ship within:

  • 3–7 business days for in-stock items
  • 1–3 weeks for made-to-order or customized pieces

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Region Estimated Delivery
United States & Canada 3–7 business days
Europe 4–8 business days
Asia Pacific 2–6 business days
Middle East 5–10 business days

Please note that customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

International shipping rates are calculated based on product size, weight, insurance requirements, and destination.

For most orders, we currently estimate shipping fees starting from:

  • Flat rate international shipping: USD $100

Larger sculptures, multi-piece orders, or oversized packages may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you for confirmation before shipment.

All shipments include protective packaging and transit insurance.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Inspection

Due to the fragile nature of glass artwork, we strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Videos including box opening detail.
  • Your order number

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

  • Signature may be required upon delivery.
  • We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays or peak shipping periods.
  • Refused deliveries or failed customs clearance may incur return shipping and handling fees.
