At Miaology, every sculpture is individually handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the artisanal nature of glassmaking, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and internal patterns are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
Arrival Guarantee
All sculptures are professionally packed and insured for international transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged piece
- Videos recording box opening detail
Once reviewed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

If you believe your sculpture has a genuine craftsmanship or production issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.

What Is Not Covered
Our support policy does not cover:
- accidental damage after delivery
- improper handling or storage
- exposure to extreme environment or direct impact
- normal aging or surface wear
- unauthorized modifications or repairs
