At Miaology, each sculpture is individually handcrafted, carefully inspected, and professionally packed for international delivery.
Due to the fragile and artisanal nature of our work, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the item received
After review, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Craftsmanship Concerns
Because each sculpture is handmade, slight variations in color, dimensions, bubbles, enamel detailing, and flowing patterns are considered part of the character of the piece and are not regarded as defects.
If you believe your order has a genuine craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Each request is reviewed individually by our team.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We generally do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind, as international return shipping for fragile glass artwork carries significant handling and breakage risks.
However, we encourage you to contact us if you have concerns about your order, and we will always do our best to provide thoughtful and responsive support.
